Over the past few months, self-care has been at the forefront of every conversation pertaining to millennials. We are a group of people who are obsessed with the hustle, making money moves , and sleeping when we’re dead. I was once a person who thought sleep was for punks but over time my body took charge and just wasn’t about that life anymore. Now, I make time during the week to tend to myself even if it’s for an hour on Sunday’s and I TRY to get at least 6 hours sleep every night.
When I first took my self-care journey seriously, I was looking for a product that gave me a little bit of everything so that I could create a regimen that worked for me. I stumbled across Goodnight Darling Co. in a fb group for entrepreneurs and fell in love with the online store’s aesthetics. At Goodnight Darling they’re simply bringing sleep back.

My first purchase from Good Night Darling was the Launch Bundle. My bundle included an 8oz Deep Detox Bath Soak, Black Lavender Wooden Wick Candle, Relax & Chill Herbal Blend, a fade to black sample and a sleep mask. Since my purchase the bundle has been updated and renamed to the Starter Set. The starter set includes the Fade to Black tea instead of the Relax & Chill Herbal Blend and a 15ml Black Lavender Body and Room Spray.

My Thoughts
Drawing a bath using this soak embodies the word self love. This bath soak is EVERYTHING. Do you remember when you watched movies and the leading actress took a bath with rose petals and bubbles? Well this soak helps to recreate that moment without the bubbles. The himalayan and dead sea salts have an aroma that is inviting and relaxing to the senses. With this product, a little goes a very long way, so you do not have to worry about running out of the product too quickly. Plus! The rose petals are a nice touch.

My Thoughts
I burned this candle almost everyday when I received it. To preserve what’s left, I only burn it on occasion. The candle smells amazing and the scent profile creates for a subtle aroma throughout the room. On stressful days this candle is good to create a relaxing ambience.

My Thoughts
When feeling stress or anxiety, my go to teas are Chamomile or Tazo Zen tea. However this tea blend comes in at a very close third. It also smells AH-Mazing and when steeping gives the room a relax and chill vibe. If you’re into loose leaf teas, I would definitely consider this blend. As promised you will have tea to last you an entire month but hopefully won’t need to drink this tea everyday.
Final Thoughts
Everything in the bundle smells amazing! However, the bath soak is a BO&Co. bae. If you’re not interested in the now available starter set but are looking to try some of Goodnight Darling’s products, take a look at the sample products. Sample products are good for those people on the go or for those people that want to dabble in a little bit of everything. You will not be disappointed. Trust me!
